Land well located in the parish of Pico da Pedra where it will be possible to build a detached house or alternatively to develop an apartment building as per the Request for Information with a viable opinion from the CMRG for the construction of a multifamily housing building.

According to the PDM, the land integrates the Urban Zone and Medium Density Urbanizable Spaces, enabling the building to be built in the following parameters:

Buildings in urban areas have a maximum construction rate of 60%.
